Dr. Kassab graduated as valedictorian of his class from the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic in 2020. He is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach at Triforce MMA where he opened his practice in 2023. Dr. Kassab prides himself on using the best modalities to help his patients recover from injuries as fast as possible and stay feeling their best with regular maintenance care. He is always learning, innovating, and taking the steps necessary to be the best chiropractor for his patients.

Adjustments

A high rate of force applied to a stiff or painful joint to increase mobility and decrease pain. This is often accompanied by a "crack" or "pop" noise and is traditionally used as the main form of treatment within a chiropractic office. It is safe, highly effective and Dr. Kassab's preferred form of therapy.

Dry Needling

Similar to acupuncture, dry needling involves using thin needles which are inserted into tight or painful muscles. Dr. Kassab may connect the needles to an E-STIM unit which will cause your muscles to contract repeatedly for several minutes. This helps alleviate muscle tension and decrease pain. Dr. Kassab often describes this as one of the most powerful and effective forms of therapy offered today.

cUPPING

Suction cups are applied over or near an area of pain or muscle tension to promote blood flow to the surface of the skin. This will help relax muscles and stimulate the healing process.

aTHLETIC tAPING

This service involves Dr. Kassab cutting strips of athletic tape to apply to an injury which serves as a form of protection and guidance when moving or training while an injury heals.

mUSCLE sCRAPING

A stainless steel massage tool is used to mobilize fascia, decrease muscle stiffness, and improve soft tissue extensibility.

Shockwave Therapy

This device uses focused sound waves delivered directly to ligaments, tendons, and muscles to stimulate a faster healing response. This is Dr. Kassab's preferred form of treatment for overuse and sports injuries.

High Level Laser Therapy

A red beam is fired at the surface of the skin which stimulates a much faster rate of cellular metabolism and healing. Dr. Kassab prefers this treatment for rib injuries, fractures, and acute injuries.

Pricing

New patients will be evaluated and treated on the first visit in the majority of cases. The price for the first visit is $100 paid in full online during your booking process. Follow up visits are $65. Treatment packages are offered where you can pay for your appointments in bulk and save money in the long run.

What about health insurance? Due to high co-pays, high deductibles and insurance plans which limit our ability to treat you properly, we have decided to remain out of network with all insurance companies. Instead, we have opted to offer affordable care with top notch medical equipment. Dr. Kassab tells his patients that paying for their care out of pocket will yield better and faster results and save the patient hundreds of dollars in the long run because newer and more powerful medical technology can be utilized.
